Pole Traps

A specialised form of the leg hold (or Gin) trap, specifically designed to catch predatory birds. These round traps would be placed on the top of a pole where a bird would be likely to land (hence the name).

Just for the benefit of doubt, it is illegal to use all forms of Leg Hold Trap, (such as the Gin Trap & Pole Trap ) in the UK.
