John was incredibly helpful in finding us a trap of the right era for use in our production of The Phantom of the Opera. He then offered us the chance to loan it. Many thanks for all his help.
I owned an old trap for approximately 45 years and knew very little about it. Whilst researching the trap, I came across the Vintage Traps Company and made contact with John. He asked for photos, and once received, I was informed of its rarity after his own research on the trap. We discussed the auction process and I was guided through his procedures. Throughout the auction, John sent me regular updates on the trap and I enjoyed watching other users bid on the product.
To conclude, I would highly recommend John and his company to anyone and I hope to deal with them in the future after a smooth transaction and delightful customer service. Post sale, I was pleasantly surprised to have been sent an image of the trap at its new home.
