Lloyd Approved Vermin Trap
The Lloyd trap was approved by MAFF in 1968 and was made by Gilbertson & Page, Hertford, under license from the National Development Research Council (NDRC). Made from mild steel with a strong torsion spring, brass catch and tongue and a galvanised plate.
One jaw is shaped to pass within the other so that when the trap is sprung the captured animal is crushed between the jaws.
